Services

All staff have been trained in Person-centered care which emphasizes the ability to connect as staff to the individual uniquely. The individual’s needs, wishes, and preferences are at the center of our care and support to them.

Our staff are trained annually on Comprehensive policies (Dept of Health) and 245D supports (Dept of Human Services). We provide training annually for Dementia care and activities of daily living for those suffering from memory loss, primarily those in the beginning stages.

If you are interested in short or long-term housing with a nursing and mental health needs focus in small- town, rural setting, please contact us today. Many of our valued employees have worked with us for 10+ years so have both multiple years of training and experience to draw from when working with individuals who appreciate help and support to make safe, healthy choices every day.
